1. The service
Bangalore University Transcript provides assistance to Bangalore University alumni in applying for official University documents — such as transcripts, marks cards, degree certificates, migration and medium-of-instruction letters — and related verification, attestation and dispatch. The service is operated by IBC Verification Services Pvt. Ltd.
2. Independent facilitation — not the University
We are an independent facilitation service. We are not the office of the Registrar of Bangalore University, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official channel of the University. All documents are issued by the University in accordance with its own procedures; we assist you with the application and related steps.
3. Timelines
Any timeframes we provide are typical estimates only and depend on record availability and the University's procedures. We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates, and delays outside our control (including University processing, archives retrieval, government offices and courier services) may occur.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents, and to have the authority to request documents on the account concerned. Providing false information or attempting to obtain documents you are not entitled to is prohibited.
5. Fees & payments
Applicable service charges, together with any University, government or courier fees, are confirmed to you before work begins. Fees payable to the University or government authorities are set by those bodies and are outside our control.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website are the property of the operator and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the service charges you paid us for the affected request. We are not liable for outcomes determined by third parties, including the University, evaluation agencies, employers or authorities.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
